  • As a local business, that is primarily staffed with local workers, we have deep roots in our community and are always interested in hearing feedback from our customers and community stakeholders.
  • If you have an outstanding issue which you have not been able to solve through the normal channels, you can escalate any existing matter directly to management by referring here.
  • If you have any complaints about our advice that can’t be resolved directly with your Naritas Credit Adviser, please refer to this link. Your communication will be acknowledged within 5 working day of receipt.
  • If there is scope for resolution without the need for further investigation you will also be provided with a response to your concerns.
