Reduced staff & support 24/12/15 – 10/01/16:

  • Our office phone system will be placed onto messaging service only during this period.
  • Support for existing clients & business partners will be primarily delivered via live chat & email. Clients and business associates are encouraged to contact their allocated Account Manager directly (via mobile or email) during this time.
  • We will be operating a skeleton staff during this time so response times will be slower and support hours will be reduced to standard business hours (AEDT). Urgent matters for existing clients and business associates will be prioritised.
